International Protection sub-panel for Barristers

The Board is putting together a sub-panel of barristers who are willing to provide advice and aid services in international protection cases. 　

Please find attached the new Addendum to the Board's Terms and Conditions for you to review. 　

This addendum provides for the payment of fees to barristers for providing advice and aid fees at various stages of the International Protection application process. The claim form can be downloaded here.　

If you wish to opt-in to this Sub-Panel, please complete the attached application form and return to localpp@legalaidboard.ie. 　

The commencement date for this panel will be Tuesday the 3rd of January 2023.
